Project Background
AKT London came to us with a clear mission: create a standout, sustainable packaging solution that looked great, fit through a letterbox, and made life easier behind the scenes. They needed a smart, sample-ready shipping box that was cost-effective, perfectly sized and tailored to hold their product bundles securely with clever fitments for speedy pre-packing straight from the production line.
We delivered a slick design that ticked all the boxes, cutting costs, boosting efficiency, and helping AKT London get their products into customers’ hands faster than ever, without compromising on style or sustainability.
Our Solution
From concept to creation, this project came to life in just 6 weeks - a speedy turnaround for a seriously smart solution. We developed a sleek, rigid postal box that didn’t just protect the goods, it proudly carried AKT London’s bold branding every step of the way. The best part is the custom internal fitments designed from scratch to snugly hold their full range of sample tubes. Easy to pack, secure in transit, and a joy to open!
We used e-flute corrugated board with full-colour printing inside and out, giving it that wow-factor while keeping things eco-friendly. And thanks to a premium litho lamination finish, the final result didn’t just look good, it felt good too.
