We teamed up with Ryno to create a postal box for their decking samples. Since it was being sent out to customers, we made sure the packaging could handle the journey with the delicate samples intact. We added a double peel-and-seal strip so customers can effortlessly send the samples back to Ryno, cutting down on waste. All the packaging is fully recyclable.
Now, here's the clever part: the box has three inserts, each for a different decking material. All three inserts fit snugly into one outer shipping box. This makes life easier for the sampling team by improving efficiency and reduces cost. We also added thumb cuts to the inserts for a smooth in-and-out experience with the samples.
